Nampad Pro: The 18 Modes

Nampad Pro

Mode 1: Deep Tissue Massage

Simulates the thumbs and palms of a real massage therapist. The sensation feels like a vibration. Targets tension and stress and helps break down myofascia on the surface of the muscle. Relieves tension and supports full range of motion and flexibility.

Mode 2: Acupressure

A much more rapid and focused pulse. The fast percussion helps release the build-up of lactic acid on the surface of the muscle. Use it for stress and tension relief.

Mode 3: Tapping

Tapping the muscle increases the body’s natural blood flow and oxygen supply to the target area.

Mode 4: Rolling

Reaches in, grabs and stretches the muscle, lengthening and broadening it, then releases it. Helps increase flexibility and mobility of the muscle.

Mode 5: Hot Stone

Relaxation mode. Simulates a manual rolling massage, helping the soft tissue release and relax.

Mode 6: Shuffle

A combination of modes 1, 4 and 5. A great mode to use when cooling down.

Mode 7: Elbow Pressing

Designed to help relieve muscle spasms in the shoulders and back.

Mode 8: Trigger Point

Used to relieve fatigue and relax tendons.

Mode 9: Reflexology

Designed for the Nampad foot massager sandals. Stimulates the nerves and relaxes the muscles of the feet.

Mode 10: Auricular Therapy

For use with the ear clip attachment.

Modes 11 and 12: Micro Current (A) and Micro Current (B)

Micro current is known as “human bioelectricity”. These modes are used to increase micro-circulation to the area. You won’t feel any sensation, even when you turn it up.

Mode 13: Muscular Warm Up

Designed to warm up muscles, ligaments and joints before activity, helping range of motion, muscle contraction and flexibility. A good warm-up improves training quality.

Mode 14: Muscular Reinforcement

Helps improve training quality and strengthen muscle by providing gentle exercise for the muscle tissue and promoting blood circulation.

Mode 15: Muscular Relaxation

Stimulates muscles, releases tension and promotes overall well-being by simulating a full-body massage.

Mode 16: Contract and Hold

The longest contraction on the device. Simulates a flex movement to help build muscle tissue.

Mode 17: Ramping Wave

Starts out like mode 3 (tapping), then gets faster and deeper into the belly of the muscle until it reaches a full contraction, then lets the muscle release. Used to build endurance and fatigue resistance.

Mode 18: Tapping and Kneading

A mixture of fast and slow contractions.
