Return and Refund Policy

Products purchased from namirsawellness.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a valid receipt.

• Items must be returned in good condition for inspection.
• Once received, we will evaluate your return and notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method.

Items purchased at events, mall kiosks or retail stores are non-refundable, as these locations carry limited inventory and are priced for immediate, in-person demonstration.

Klarna purchases

Purchases made using Klarna are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unopened, unused and in its original packaging due to sanitary and hygiene requirements. Klarna cannot be used for products priced above USD 10,000.

Free return postage is included for all eligible Klarna returns. Once your return is approved, send items to: Namirsa, 10300 Southside Blvd Suite 1090B, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, United States.

Refunds are processed back to the original Klarna payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Restocking fees, exchanges and store credit are not applicable for Klarna purchases, and items must meet all return conditions to qualify for a refund.
