Products purchased from namirsa.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a valid receipt.
Items must be returned in good condition for inspection
Once received, we'll evaluate your return and notify you via email
If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method
Items purchased at events, mall kiosks, or retail stores are non-refundable, as these locations carry limited inventory and are priced for immediate, in-person demonstration.
*KLARNA PURCHASES
Purchases made using Klarna are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging due to sanitary and hygiene requirements. Please note that Klarna cannot be used for products priced above USD 10,000.
Free return postage is included for all eligible Klarna returns. Once your return is approved, items must be sent to the following address: Namirsa, 10300 Southside Blvd Suite 1090B, Jacksonville, Florida 32256, United States.
Refunds will be processed back to the original Klarna payment method within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please note that restocking fees, exchanges, and store credit are not applicable for Klarna purchases, and items must meet all return conditions to qualify for a refund.
