WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

LIFETIME WARRANTY

All Namirsa devices are covered by our Lifetime Replacement Warranty, with the exception of electrodes, which are considered replaceable accessories.

If you're experiencing an issue with your Namirsa device, please email us at hi@namirsa.com with the following:

A short video clearly showing the issue

A screenshot of your receipt or your order number

Your name and current shipping address

Our team will respond within 24 hours.

Important: Be sure you're purchasing an original Namirsa product.
Similar-looking devices sold elsewhere may not use our certified technology and are not FDA registered.
Only purchase from www.namirsa.com or our authorized dealers.

ONE-YEAR UNCONDITIONAL WARRANTY

We will replace any malfunctioning product within the first 12 months of purchase.
No questions asked. A $20 shipping and processing fee applies.

WARRANTY AFTER ONE YEAR

13–24 Months After Purchase:

$59 replacement fee for:

TENS Units

Mini Massage Guns

$99 replacement fee for:

Compression Boots

Compression Hips or Shoulders

Vibration Plates

Red or Infrared Light Therapy Devices

24 Months and Beyond:

$99 replacement fee for TENS units and massage guns

$199 replacement fee for compression therapy, vibration plates, and red/infrared light devices

Each product is eligible for one warranty-based replacement.

WHAT’S NOT COVERED

The Lifetime Warranty applies only to manufacturer defects under normal use. It does not cover:

Accidental or physical damage (e.g., drops, water exposure, misuse)

Pet-related damage (chewing, tearing, etc.)

Cosmetic wear and tear

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

REFUND POLICY

Products purchased from namirsa.com are eligible for a refund within 30 days of purchase if accompanied by a valid receipt.

Items must be returned in good condition for inspection

Once received, we'll evaluate your return and notify you via email

If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method

Items purchased at events, mall kiosks, or retail stores are non-refundable, as these locations carry limited inventory and are priced for immediate, in-person demonstration.
